NBC Evatox Hood is an individual protective device designed to provide protection of a person's breathing zone and face against solid aerosols and toxic vapours & gases which are created following accidental chemical pollution (in option a NBC filter is available).It is a single-use survival device. An associated blower enables to put the system in overpressure and thus to guarantee better protection and increased comfort.
The EVATOX hood is compact(600x350x150 mm packed), lightweight(1020 g) and can be donned very quickly(< 20 s).
One size only, a simple and fast system enables the hood to be adapted to suit various facial characteristics of people (child from 9 years old and men with a beard, glasses). A quick electrical connection to the batteries ensures the operation of the system, which is ready for use.
